I immediately sent an email to cancel the order if they were not going to honor the free shipping they advertised. They had the gall to claim it was two separate orders therefore would not get free shipping! That is a bunch of baloney as when one completes the order process it clearly shows that the order WAS eligible for free shipping! If they have to ship from two locations, that is their problem not mine!

The seller was not cooperativethey wanted me to pay for the return of the defective shoesbut I insisted that the send me a prepaid labelwhich they finally did. Amazon Customer service tries to distance themselves from their third party sellersas though they have no responsibility for their poor serviceeven though the seller advertise on the amazon web site.
I've been an avid Amazon shopper and have been very satisfied with all my purchases and the great prices. I was getting my deliveries within a week, now it is taking 2 weeks. I won't spend the money to do the prime shippingit's too expensive for a yearly fee. And I'm shopping several websites now before orderding from Amazon because of this shipping delay..
