I immediately sent an email to cancel the order if they were not going to honor the free shipping they advertised. They had the gall to claim it was two separate orders therefore would not get free shipping! That is a bunch of baloney as when one completes the order process it clearly shows that the order WAS eligible for free shipping! If they have to ship from two locations, that is their problem not mine!
I have sent 3 more emails to cancel the order,[url=http://www.floware.fr]michael kors femmes[/url]. They have repeatedly ignored them and have shipped the items.
They are liars and their socalled customer service people do not read when I write cancel the order that is what I meant.
rdered a book which was presented as a HS Math review textbook, when in actuality it was a 5x7 inch 300 page paperback. Original price was $11 per the order sheet in the book, seller sold it for $59.95.
I recently ordered a top of the line Panasonic counter top microwave (Model NNSD997S) to install in our new house. They are nothing but a conduit for third party sellers and if there is a problem they will throw their sellers under the bus while they themselves do nothing to solve the .
Recently I ordered a pair of shoes through a third party seller on amazon. I used amazon because I thought I could trust their "partners" to give me good customer service. I was wrong. The shoes arrived as a mismatched pair. I attempted to contact the seller through amazon and got no response for almost a week. In fact the seller did not respond until I contacted Amazon and complained. The seller was not cooperativethey wanted me to pay for the return of the defective shoesbut I insisted that the send me a prepaid labelwhich they finally did. Amazon Customer service tries to distance themselves from their third party sellersas though they have no responsibility for their poor serviceeven though the seller advertise on the amazon web site.
I've been an avid Amazon shopper and have been very satisfied with all my purchases and the great prices. I was getting my deliveries within a week, now it is taking 2 weeks. I won't spend the money to do the prime shippingit's too expensive for a yearly fee. And I'm shopping several websites now before orderding from Amazon because of this shipping delay..
